One of the best things about Geocaching has the places we'd never knew of. We've visited parks in the city I grew up in which I'd otherwise never have known. There's the wonderful virtual caches taking us to locations of memorials and monuments we'd passed by without noticing. Perhaps the best gems are some of the amazing locations we find to and from the caches when I've got the camera at the ready. Unfortunately I haven't been taking the camera out on the hunts recently, but for Christmas weekend 2006 I had and was rewarded with an interesting scene that reminds me of something from an old movie.
