GCTools received its first update in about a half-year. Version 2.1.4 adds support for the iPhone 5 screen and improves the mapping and battery usage. It also adds support for external maps (Google Maps, Google Earth, TomTom, and OffMap), adds French and Spanish, along with other bug fixes. It is a free app for limited functionality with in app purchases to enable the extra features.
