I just realized that I never put together a post on the results of the e-mail to Groundspeak. As I suspected they will not approve the Geocachers' Photowalk event. Since photography is not Geocaching related the event could not be listed on Geocaching.com despite the fact that it is a Geocacher-only event focused on improving the skills for those virtuals and earthcaches. Bummer deal. That won't stop us from doing it, but it will just be a smaller group without the smiley on Geocaching.com.
Would anyone like to join us for some photography and caching?
